Live Online Training
I have extensive experience in training via many of the world's most popular web conferencing programs. As distance learning (e-learning, web conferencing, live-online learning, etc.) continues to become more and more established I believe much of a corporation's training will be conducted using this medium. I believe training via web conferencing is super-effective as a pre-rollout (of a new software program) primer. It's also an excellent medium for periodic post-rollout refresher training or as a new employee "quick-get-up-to-speed" program. However, it does take a unique and specific skill-set to be a successful and effective live-online trainer.
