As a long time trainer and consultant Garry specializes in instructing and coaching individuals and groups in Presentation Skills, Sales Training, Software Training, Train-the-Trainer, Live-Online Training, and over-all Human Performance Improvement skills. His ability to communicate effectively and to explain sometimes complex material in a clear, concise, and easy to understand manner directly results student success. He coaches in a tough but motivating, encouraging, and positive manner. Live, on-the-job student performance is his ultimate training goal. Garry’s training and coaching industry experience includes extensive work in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, insurance, education, advertising, telecommunications, publishing, distribution, and financial.
Garry’s early professional experience includes many years in Sales. His selling experience required making presentations and product demonstrations to various levels of clientele from the end-user up through senior level management. For many of those years, a major part of his responsibility was to train clients on the products purchased, typically software. A natural progression for Garry was to train salespeople in selling skills and customer relationship management software which he still does on a consistent basis.
Garry's 30+ years of Sales, Sales Training, and Human Performance Improvement consulting has encouraged him launch his own consulting firm, Maximum Positive Impact, Inc. and to create a series of workshops designed to MAXIMIZE the effectiveness of large Sales Forces.
