Live-Online Training

I have extensive experience in training via many of the world's most popular webconferencing programs. As distance learning (e-learning, webconferencing, live-online learning, etc.) continues to become more and more established I believe much of a Corporation's training will be conducted using this medium. I believe training via webconferencing is super-effective as a pre-rollout (of a new software program) primer. It's also an excellent medium for periodic post-rollout refresher training or as a new employee "quick-get-up-to-speed" program. However, it does take a unique and specific skill-set to be a successful and effective live-online trainer.

Since 1998 I have conducted hundreds of live-online software training programs incorporating the specialized skills and techniques necessary to assure a successful online training experience.
